My name is Lauren, and my purpose in life is to help you remember how to play and create. Why would I want that you ask? Because I know that through creativity and play we can learn to be kinder, more compassionate and more connected. This is how my own life changed. From deep darkness to sunlight. From painful isolation to love.
Creativity and Play are not only incredible conduits of self connection, they are a glass of lemonade for the soul. An experience we can drink together and remember that life is beautiful - and so are we.
