I joined a session of Mindful Art Collaboration. Lauren's approach is gentle, professional, encouraging and inclusive. She facilitated the session in a way that made me feel at ease with a group of people I had just met. She was ready to step in and support the creative process, if anyone hit a stumbling block. The collaborative painting process is simple, and yet very deep. The location was awesome - riverfront, trees and breeze. I will be going again!
